I was in my late twenties when i finally heard this song. I did see this on some hymnal songs in church, but never actually heard it being sung. To top it all, i stumble on it only because one of the char in the anime i was watching was singing it (Fuji - Tennis Oujisama)



It became an instant hit for me and the song has been a mainstay in my ipod for a long time.

it took another 4 years for me to discove the beauty of this song. Again. thru an anime, Detective Conan. This song has been a recurrent theme in the Conan's specials - and while watching the anime, i realized why i like this song. Amazing grace is a song of forgiveness and hearing it somehow warms my heart.

At my age, where i have done alot of faults and many also hurted me, this song keeps me going.
